WHAT IS DYNAMIC COOPERATION
Dynamic cooperation is a scheme of voluntary and nondiscriminatory collaboration sequences between consumers and producers. Objective of reciprocal collaboration sequences is to permeate harmony in economic relationships through cooperative discipline and direction. Mutual economic interests are bargained through honest covenant considering that each consumer is a producer too. Dynamic cooperation conceives that nondiscriminatory collaborative bargain should be initiated by each person who epitomises basic economic activity of consumption and production. Ultimately, each collaborator undertakes to synthesise equilibrium with remaining factors of production – money, machine, material and management. To allow autonomous and spontaneous growth of competition, dynamic cooperation is nursed at each stage to avoid confrontation between the two at the cross roads of development.
1. Dynamic Cooperation assigns two distinct role objectives for each person. Cooperation is demanded from him as a consumer and he is required to
compete as a producer. As a consumer he collaborates for and on behalf of his family. A nucleus family is the unit of consumer collaboration. As a producer,
each person collaborates singularly for a specific productive operation by which he earns his livelihood.
Dynamic cooperation cultivates extensive network of small but firm cooperative commitments known as COLLABORATION, between producers and consumers. Consumer collaboration demands firm financial commitment and a disciplined buying pattern over a period of time. Producer collaboration involves no financial commitment but demands adherence to a cooperative code of conduct as decided by consumers in general and the homogeneous, representative group of producers in particular.
Consumer collaboration integrates each family with the consolidated organised group of consumers. The group of consumers takes up the responsibility to increase bargaining power of consumers and protects their interest on generic grounds. This group initiates dialogue with producers and demands their compliance for cooperative code of conduct and control to endure consumption on sustainable and equitable basis.
Producer collaboration integrates each person with a homogeneous and representative group of producers undertaking identical productive operations. This homogeneous group consolidates different collaborating producers on a uniform code of conduct and they settke among themselves terms of competition to regulate their productive operations and negotiations with the group of consumers.
Consumer and producer collaborations progress and proliferate within the ambiance of Dynamic Organisation. Organised groups of consumers and producers converge at different levels, for different purposes to mutually negotiate and settle the terms of cooperation and competition. Dynamic organisation defines role objective for collaborating consumers and producers and creates avenues to consolidate their collective strength for long term and enduring economic development.
Dynamic organisation is equitably represented by the collaborating consumers and producers. The criterion of participation is not by simple membership but
by specific, firm and disciplined COLLABORATION. Participation through collaboration is voluntary and even the discharge of collaborative obligations is not demanded through legal means. However, the reward package, incentives
schemes and representation system promotes and motivates strict cooperative discipline.
7. Dynamic organisation is an Association Of Collaborators and cannot undertake any direct activity of production or make profit from any activity whatsoever. It procreates an organisational ‘structure to enlarge nexus and avenues for the growth of productive resources of each collaborator. It is created to promote welfare of collaborating consumers and well-being of collaborating producers.
Dynamic cooperation considers that positive spirit of cooperation can only exist amid consumers. Consumers are bracketed for common cause and concern to invigorate cooperative force and to balance the competition extended by his other half, representing a producer. Competition between the producers is inescapable and elemental. Inequalities generated due to inherent productive potentials of each human being must foster healthy and regulated competition among producers. The collective process of production and consumption is highly interdependent and cannot be managed by applying discriminating yard sticks. Harmony in economic development is essentially harmony between preduction and consumption processes of each human being. Collective harmony is not conceivable without reciprocal cooperation between the collective forces of consumption and production. Cooperation and competition can be harmoniously and dynamically counterpoised at same forum to pursue uniform objectives. These stipulations are also decisive to enforce socio-political discipline essential to achieve sustainable growth objectives. Spirit of cooperation and competition is like body and soul of our economic structure. Dynamic cooperation evaluates and regulates collective behaviour of cooperative and competitive forces from the point of view of stipulations of long term equilibrium expanding harmoniously with integrated plans, perspective, strategies and objectives of economic development.
